Welcome!
An interdisciplinary designer and artist, I’m interested in how seemingly dissonant pieces fit together to bridge our past, present, and desired futures. On this site, you'll find case studies on recent projects and personal writing on topics like creative practice, relational leadership, and remote work.
I'm currently the Service Design & Innovation Director at a national nonprofit where I facilitate an innovation pathway and lead cross-functional design projects. Previously, as the Brand & Creative Director, I crafted compelling stories, products, digital platforms, and toolkits to inspire action toward systems change. I hold a BA in Social Anthropology from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and an MA in Creative Leadership from the Minneapolis College of Art & Design, where I was honored to receive a VanDerlip Award for "high personal character, diligence and application in work, and artistic ability of exceptional promise."
Raised in rural Wisconsin, I currently live in central Texas on land stewarded by the Tonkawa, Comanche, and Apache peoples. Sixty-six million years ago, the Balcones Fault Zone was volcanically active and contributed to the formation of the Edwards Aquifer. In the present day, that underground water flows into Barton Springs pool, which I swim in throughout the summer.
